These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") aim to define the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by Silver SAS and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".
These GTU are accessible on the site under the "GTU" section.
Any registration or use of the site implies full acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these GTU by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTU by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge having read and understood the GTU and I accept them". In case of non-acceptance of the GTU stipulated in this contract, the User must waive access to the services offered by the site. https://jayn.app reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTU at any time.

- Account creation and management: Provision of a secure personal space for users.
- Document collection: Feature allowing the uploading of Curriculum Vitae (CV) in digital format.
- Automated extraction (AI): Processing of CVs by an artificial intelligence system to extract professional and academic data.
- Review interface: Provision of an interactive tool allowing the user to verify, correct, and validate extracted information.
- Structured profile management: Recording and structuring of validated data in a database to constitute the user's final profile.
- Conducting automated virtual interviews assisted by artificial intelligence.
- Algorithmic analysis of profiles and interview results.
- Matching service between user skills and missions offered by partner companies.
The site is accessible for free anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.
The non-member User does not have access to reserved services. To do this, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, the member User agrees to provide sincere and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, notably their email address.
To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their username and password which will be communicated to them after registration. Any regularly registered member User may also request unsubscription by going to the dedicated page on their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance, does not engage the liability of https://jayn.app. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
The User has the possibility to contact the site by email at the publisher's email address communicated in ARTICLE 1.
Article 3: Data collection
The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in compliance with privacy according to the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms.

The User ensures to keep their password secret. Any disclosure of the password, whatever its form, is prohibited. They assume the risks related to the use of their username and password. The site declines all responsibility.
The site https://jayn.app cannot be held liable for any viruses that could infect the computer or any computer equipment of the Internet user, following use, access, or download from this site.
The site's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Hyperlinks may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave the site https://jayn.app. The latter has no control over the web pages these links lead to and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.
Article 7: Cookies
The User is informed that during their visits to the site, a cookie may automatically be installed on their browser software.
Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the hard drive of the User's computer by your browser and which are necessary for the use of the site https://jayn.app. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot be used to identify someone. A cookie contains a unique identifier, randomly generated and therefore anonymous. Some cookies expire at the end of the User's visit, others remain.

Article 8: Publication by the User
The site allows members to publish the following content: Curriculum Vitae (CV), professional and academic information, skill profiles, and elements resulting from recruitment interviews.
In their publications, the member undertakes to respect the rules of Netiquette (rules of good conduct on the internet) and current legal rules. The site may moderate publications and reserves the right to refuse to post them online, without having to justify it to the member.
The member retains all their intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the site, they grant the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast, and distribute their publication, directly or by an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property. The Member notably assigns the right to use their publication on the internet and mobile phone networks.
The publishing company undertakes to include the member's name near each use of their publication. Any content put online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to put online content that may infringe on the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User. The User's content can be deleted or modified at any time and for any reason by the site, without notice.
Article 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French legislation applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear it.
