2. Data collected and purposes
We collect and process the following data:
- Identification and authentication data: Last name, first name, email address, login information. Purpose: Account creation and management.
- Professional and academic data: Information contained in the uploaded Curriculum Vitae (CV), skills, experiences. Purpose: Profile structuring and matching with offers from partner companies.
- Interview data (upcoming): Transcripts and analyses of virtual interviews. Purpose: Skills assessment for matching.
3. Legal basis for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, processing is based on:
- Contract execution (GTU): For account creation and provision of the core service.
- Explicit consent: For the automated extraction of CV data by artificial intelligence and profile sharing with partner companies.
4. Subcontractors and data sharing
To provide our services, we rely on third-party infrastructures that process data according to our strict instructions:
- Database hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Data is stored within the European Union.
- Identity Management (IAM): Zitadel Cloud. Authentication data is processed in compliance with European standards.
- Extraction via Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Extraction is performed via the professional API. Guarantee: Data transmitted via this API is not used to train OpenAI models and is not retained (Zero Data Retention applicable).
- Third-party recipients: Validated profiles are securely accessible to client companies looking for candidates. These are currently located in the European Union. Any future transfer outside the EU will be carried out under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention period
Data related to your profile is retained for a period of 2 years from your last connection or activity on the platform. After this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
6. User rights
In accordance with regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port, and oppose your data. The user systematically validates the data extracted from their CV before registration. Regarding evaluations from AI-automated interviews, the user cannot modify the results but has the right to access them, express their point of view, and request a review of the analysis by a physical person.
