General Terms of Sale — Jayn (Silver SAS)
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale ("GTS") govern the use of the Jayn platform, operated by Silver SAS, by client companies (hereinafter "the Client"). By using the platform and entrusting a mission through Jayn, the Client accepts these GTS in full.
2. Service
Jayn is a platform connecting companies with emerging talents from top French schools. Jayn enables the Client to post missions and be matched with vetted profiles that meet their needs.
3. Price & Commission
The price of each mission is agreed upon between Jayn and the Client before the mission begins, based on the scope and expected deliverables. The talent receives a fixed fee for the completion of the mission, defined in advance. Jayn's service fee covers matchmaking, talent vetting, and platform services. No subscription or registration fees apply.
4. Invoicing & Payment
The Client is invoiced upon completion of each mission. For missions lasting more than one month, monthly invoicing is applied. Invoices are payable within 30 days of their issue date. Late payments will incur penalties in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Mission Execution
The Client defines the scope, duration, and conditions of the mission. Jayn commits to proposing qualified profiles matching the Client's criteria. The selected talent carries out the mission under the Client's responsibility.
6. Cancellation
If the Client cancels a mission after it has started, services already rendered remain due. If the mission is cancelled before it begins, no fees are charged.
7. Liability
Silver SAS acts as an intermediary and shall not be held liable for the quality of the mission's execution by the talent. Silver SAS shall not be held liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the commission collected on the relevant mission.
8. Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). Data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the service and communicating with the Client. Contact: contact@jayn.app.
9. Applicable Law
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France.
